▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves feeding (S11) a first viscosity graphene oxide suspension into electrophoretic deposition equipment. The electrophoretic deposition process is performed (S12) by applying a voltage to the electrophoretic deposition equipment. The viscosity of the graphene oxide suspension after the deposition process is a second viscosity greater than the first viscosity. The viscosity of the graphene oxide suspension is continuously increased from the first viscosity to the second viscosity in accordance with the progression time of the deposition process. The graphene oxide concentration of the graphene oxide suspension is reduced with the progression time of the deposition process. USE - Method for increasing viscosity of graphene oxide suspension for manufacturing electric component. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide suspension having increased viscosity can be produced. Thus, the graphene layer or graphene oxide layer having a desired thickness can be formed on the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of electric component. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for increasing viscosity of graphene oxide suspension. Step for feeding first viscosity graphene oxide suspension into electrophoretic deposition equipment (S11) Step for performing electrophoretic deposition process (S12) Step for forming graphene oxide suspension of second viscosity (S13)
