NOVELTY - Electrochemical immunity sensor comprises a substrate electrode, where the surface of the substrate electrode comprises modified graphene-melamine-chitosan complex in which non-specific active site is sealed to bovine serum albumin. USE - The electrochemical immunity sensor is useful for measuring content of melamine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high sensitivity, high specificity, has detection limit of 0.2 ng/ml, and linear detection range of 5-1500 mg/ml, and is simple to operate, and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method of manufacturing electrochemical immune sensor; and (2) method of measuring and detecting melamine content using above-mentioned sensor.
