NOVELTY - Thermoplastic composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 20-100 pts. wt. polyamide elastomer, 5-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0-40 pts. wt. filler and 0-20 pts. wt. functional auxiliary agent. The compatibilizer is polyamide elastomer and maleic anhydride double modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The preparation of compatibilizer comprises taking 100 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, 5-10 pts. wt. polyamide elastomer, 1-2 pts. wt. peroxide initiator, and 1-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, adding into 500-600 pts. wt. a mixed solvent consisting of chloroform and xylene at the weight ratio of 4-5:1, heating to 150-160℃ in an airtight container, stirring continuously for 8-10 hours to obtain a uniform viscous liquid, free-drying the obtained viscous liquid at -20to-15℃, and removing the solvent. USE - Used as thermoplastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic composite material: has improved wear resistance and high temperature resistance and high mechanical property retention rate after high temperature aging; does not damage the other performance; and can obviously prolong the service life of the composition and the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermoplastic composite material, comprising (i) taking rubber, polyamide elastomer and compatibilizer, adding them into an internal mixer or twin-screw extruder, melting and mixing and removing the glue at 150-170℃ to obtain the main rubber compound; and (ii) adding fillers and functional auxiliary agent into the main rubber compound and kneading in an open mill at 40-50℃ for 3-5 minutes to obtain lower sheet.
