NOVELTY - Preparing plastic film with improved light transmittance comprises impregnating the graphene surface, and irradiating cross-linked fluorine plastics by for achieving the purpose of improving transparency and high temperature resistance, taking 18-22 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), 100 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 53-66 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), 46-55 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber and 1 pts. wt. enhancer, where the film is prepared by adjusting the three materials of polyvinylidene fluoride, graphene and N,N-dimethylformamide into a slurry, fully dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride into N,N-dimethylformamide at 80-90 degrees C, adding polytetrafluoroethylene, styrene butadiene rubber and reinforcing agent, continuously fully stirring to obtain paste, placing the paste into the mold for hot pressing, where the pressure is greater than or equal to 30 MPa, and sintering is less than or equal to 360 degrees C, hot pressing for 30-60 minutes, and releasing the film. USE - The method is useful for preparing plastic film with improved light transmittance. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves transparency and high temperature resistance; has high transparency, and the light transmittance is greater than 65%; is resistant to high temperature; treats in a muffle furnace at 300 degrees C for 1 hour; does not exceed the thermal weight loss to 3%, and loss of tensile strength to 5%.
