▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite heat insulation coating comprises graphene@silicon dioxide hollow microsphere, silicone-acrylic emulsion and aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion having a powder density of 20-100mg/mL. The volume ratio of graphene@silicon dioxide hollow microsphere, silicone-acrylic emulsion and aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion is 1:1-1:4. The graphene@silicon dioxide hollow microsphere is prepared by sintering graphene oxide microspheres at a temperature above 1300 degrees C for 5 minutes or more in an inert gas atmosphere. The sintered graphene microsphere is dispersed in tetraethyl orthosilicate as a precursor, and using sol-gel method in graphite under stirring conditions to obtain graphene-coated silicon dioxide layer. The stirring is stopped, and graphene@silicon dioxide hollow microsphere floating on surface of reaction liquid is collected. USE - Composite heat insulation coating used for heat insulation in various fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite heat insulation coating improves porosity and reflectance, and reduces heat-conducting performance.
