▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sulfur-graphene composite material is manufactured by providing elemental sulfur solution and graphene oxide dispersion in which elemental sulfur solution contains 1st solvent and elemental sulfur dissolved in 1st solvent and graphene dispersion contains 2nd solvent and graphene oxide sheets dispersed in 2nd solvent, adding elemental sulfur solution to graphene oxide dispersion to form mixed solution, adding reducing agent to mixed solution, and separating sulfur-graphene composite material from liquid solvent. USE - Manufacture of sulfur-graphene composite material used as cathode active material for secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The manufacturing method is simple and low cost. The sulfur-graphene composite material fabricated has good conductivity and can self-assemble as a sandwich structure due to its large specific surface area. Charge-discharge cycle performance of secondary battery is improved because dissolution of sulfur in electrolyte of the battery can be minimized by using the composite material as cathode active material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfur-graphene composite material is manufactured by providing elemental sulfur solution and graphene oxide dispersion in which elemental sulfur solution contains 1st solvent and elemental sulfur dissolved in 1st solvent, graphene dispersion contains 2nd solvent and graphene oxide sheets dispersed in 2nd solvent and elemental sulfur is insoluble in 2nd solvent, adding elemental sulfur solution to graphene oxide dispersion to form mixed solution in which elemental sulfur particles which are precipitated from liquid solvent and attracted to surface of graphene oxide sheets to form sulfur-graphene oxide composite material, adding reducing agent to mixed solution to reduce graphene oxide sheets to graphene sheets to form sulfur-graphene composite material, and separating sulfur-graphene composite material from liquid solvent.
