NOVELTY - Continuous large-scale preparation of graphene comprises (a) mixing graphite intercalation agent with supercritical fluid, stewing for 1-5 hours to obtain pre-intercalated layer mixed solution, (b) mixing with graphite to obtain graphene suspension, (c) taking the graphite suspension into a high pressure homogenizer for stripping and homogenizing and (d) filtering the high-pressure homogenizer liquid to obtain graphene, where the high pressure homogenizer having a homogenizing cavity inlet is provided with an ultrasonic wave generating source. USE - The method is useful for continuous large-scale preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the yield of grapheme; and has low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene powder, prepared by the above preparation method.
