▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of sp2-hybridized carbon-containing composition involves reacting sp2-hybridized carbon and 2-fold coordinated boron cation salt. The sp2-hybridized carbon is chosen from graphene and graphite. USE - Manufacture of sp2-hybridized carbon-containing composition e.g. graphene quantum dot-containing composition (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to transistor, and electrode for capacitor, fuel cells, solar cell and secondary battery used in electronic paper and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient and economical manufacture of sp2-hybridized carbon-containing composition with high productivity and excellent time-dependent stability and electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) peeling method of graphite, which involves contacting graphene-containing composition with 2-fold coordination boron cation salt; (2) manufacture of graphene quantum dot-containing composition; and (3) graphene quantum dot-containing composition.
