NOVELTY - The system has a bottom cavity provided with a micro-pore. A generating cavity is connected with the bottom cavity. The generating cavity is provided with an electrode outlet. The bottom cavity is provided with a diaphragm. The bottom cavity is provided with an anode and a cathode. The anode is prepared by fixing glucose oxidase on polyaniline/graphene oxide by utilizing ferrocene and chitosan matrix. The system further comprises a membranese parating the anode and the cathode. The electrode material is a carbon-based material. The electrode surface has a modified layer. The system comprises sugar oxidase which is immobilized on the anode, and oxygen reductase is immobilized on the cathode. The sugar oxidase is glucoseoxidase, glucose dehydrogenase, glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase and/or diaphorase. The anode is furtherimmobilized with a coenzyme and/or an electronic medium. The coenzyme is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate. USE - The system is useful for implantable medical electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The system has high biological compatibility, high power, and long service life.
