▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-density frost-resistant marine concrete comprises 270-280kg/m3 cement, 180-190kg/m3 mineral admixture, 685-711kg/m3 sand, 1074-1119kg/m3 stone, 9-9.4kg/m3 admixture, 0.135-0.141kg/m3 graphene oxide and 157-164kg/m3 water. USE - High-density frost-resistant marine concrete. ADVANTAGE - The high-density frost-resistant marine concrete achieves closest packing effect, improves compactness, workability and frost resistance of concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-density frost-resistant marine concrete, which involves: (A) preparing modified metakaolin, mixing silica fume and calcined metakaolin, placing in ball mill for ball milling and blending to prepare modified metakaolin; (B) obtaining graphene oxide/polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer by ultrasonically blending graphene oxide with additive; (C) adding stone, sand, cement, and mineral admixture in order, pre-stirring and mixing well before starting formal stirring; and (D) adding water and graphene oxide/polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, after mixing to obtain final product.
