NOVELTY - Material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 10-15 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 2-10 pts. wt. aluminum borate whiskers, 10-15 pts. wt. alkali-free glass fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. inorganic nanoparticles, 8-10 pts. wt. zirconium hydrogen phosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate flame retardant, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant synergist, 2-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - The material is useful in preparing PBT modified plastic for electronic appliance component i.e. automobile. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent flame retardancy, strength and toughness, and high thermal deformation temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing material, comprising (i) mixing and adding polybutylene terephthalate, polyolefin elastomer, zirconium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate flame retardant, graphene oxide solution, flame retardant synergist, nucleating agent, antioxidant, and compatibilizer in high-speed mixer and stirring for 5-30 minutes to obtain a mixture, (ii) dispersing aluminum borate whiskers, alkali-free glass fibers, and inorganic nanoparticles in pure water by ultrasonic vibration to obtain suspension, and (iii) injecting gained suspension into twin-screw extruder by liquid feed pump, blending with mixture of gained, evaporating water, extruding and granulating at 180-220℃, under pressure of 2-3 MPa, and screw speed of 180-600 revolutions/minutes.
