NOVELTY - Formation of nickel electroplated layers to reinforce graphene material and carbon nanotubes with superior mechanical properties, involves attaching graphene material to appropriate functional groups by chemical methods to create modified graphene material, dispersing with modified carbon nanotube material having polarization function opposite to that of modified graphene material in Watts solution containing a surfactant by heating magnetic tray machine to create Watts solution mixture containing graphene and carbon nanotube composite, immersing a plating system comprising an anode made of nickel material and a cathode in the solution mixture, supplying electricity power, placing the solution mixture on a magnetic stirrer heating system, and adjusting the current density, stirring speed, pH, and solution temperature to form a nickel electroplating layer.
