NOVELTY - Graphene dispersion comprises 0.05-2 wt.% solute, 0.5-5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-5 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-5 wt.% adhesion promoter and balance is solvent. The solute is graphene or graphene derivatives, and the graphene derivatives are reduced graphene, oxidized graphene, fluorinated graphene, hydrogenated graphene, sulfhydrylated graphene and carboxylated graphene. USE - Graphene dispersion liquid for solid-state capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene dispersion liquid effectively reduces the capacitor equivalent series resistor improves the frequency characteristic and heat conductivity, and also improves the voltage resistance, hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance, resists high temperature and high humidity, reduces the whole thickness of the capacitor core, and increases the lamination number in the limited space. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) A method for preparing the graphene dispersion liquid, which involves: adding the solute into a solvent at 30-80degrees Celsius, stirring or ultrasonically mixing for 1-12 hours, and preparing a mixed solution A.
