▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene, comprises (a) preparing a laminate containing a support layer/graphene layer, (b) placing the laminate in a holder in which holes are formed to produce a holder composite, (c) placing an organic solvent on a substrate, (d) placing the holder complex on the substrate to make the organic solvent and the graphene layer are in contact with each other, and drying the organic solvent, (e) removing the holder, and (f) removing the support layer to produce graft transferred to the substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene to produce electronic devices i.e. touch panel, electroluminescent display, backlight, radio frequency identification tags, solar cell module, electronic paper, thin-film-transistor for flat panel display, thin-film-transistor arrays, and graphene-based sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has low surface tension as transcription mediator, and improves electrical characteristics and uniformity of the electronic device.
