NOVELTY - Nano-coating comprises 18-22 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 15-18 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 12-16 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 12-18 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 8-14 pts. wt. talc powder, 8-12 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 4-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 2-5 pts. wt. silica sol, 1-3 pts. wt. matting powder, 2-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 2-6 pts. wt. color paste and 35-55 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Nano-coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-coating has no toxic effect, and is highly safet to use, and the preparation effect and use performance of the nano-coating are improved by adding styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based acrylic resin, sodium lauryl sulfate and modified graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nano-coating, involving (a) mixing nano-silica, styrene-acrylic emulsion, aqueous acrylic resin, titanium dioxide, talc powder, calcium carbonate, defoamer and leveling agent for 1.5-2 hours, and adding solvent during the mixing process to obtain nano-silicon dioxide mixed slurry, (b) heating the nano-silica mixed slurry at 50-60℃, continuously stirring for 35-45 minutes, and adding sodium lauryl sulfate, modified graphene and silica sol to obtain a mixture, (c) mixing the nano-silica mixed slurry with the mixture for 45-55 minutes, and adding to a grinder for grinding to obtain an abrasive, (d) adding matting powder and color paste, continuously mixing at 750 rpm for 1-1.5 hours, and leaving still for 3-4 hours to obtain the nano-coating, and (e) weighing, and packing the coating.
