NOVELTY - The method involves USE - Heat conducting and insulating method for an oil pumping pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preventing heat loss in the oil pumping pipe, preventing wax phenomenon of petroleum, and ensuring conveying efficiency of exploiting the petroleum. The method allows the graphene/carbon coating and the sealing structure to be added with the heat insulation structure, thus preventing the heat loss and preventing the waste of water resource by injecting hot water into the pipe, and hence preventing the wastage of the water resource. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heat conduction and thermal insulation method applied to an oil pumping pipe, involves (a) uniformly coating a graphene/carbon paint on a wall of the oil pumping pipe and a sealing structure of the adjacent oil pumping pipe connection, and laying graphite sheets on the graphene/carbon paint at the bottom of the oil pumping pipe, uniformly coating the surface of the graphite sheet with the graphene/carbon paint, and connecting the other end of the graphite sheet with an underground heat source, (b) arranging a heat insulating structure on the graphene/carbon coating of the sealing structure of the tube wall of the oil pumping pipe and the adjacent connecting part of the oil pumping pipe, and arranging the sealing structure at the butt part of the two heat insulating structures, and (c) air-drying the graphene/carbon coating, and the heat conduction and heat preservation completed on the oil pumping pipe, where the sealing structure comprises a basic thermal insulation layer a and a reflective layer a which are arranged in sequence from the inside to the outside. The heat insulating structure comprises a heat insulating medium layer filled with a high temperature heat insulating coating, a reflective layer (b) and a basic heat insulating layer (b), which are arranged in sequence from the inside to the outside.
