▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber reinforced high-strength, high heat-conducting composite film comprises (i) pouring the solvent in the reaction kettle, adding diamine monomer, stirring to completely dissolve, adding dianhydride monomer, stirring to fully react under 0-25 degrees C, at last, adding graphene and stirring to uniformly disperse to obtain the polyamic acid solution containing graphene, (ii) impregnating the polyamic acid solution containing graphene with continuous carbon fiber cloth, curing under the protection of nitrogen to obtain the precursor of the heat conducting film, and (iii) carbonizing the precursor of the heat conducting film, under the protection of nitrogen to 800-2000 degrees C, graphitizing to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced high strength, high heat conducting composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon fiber reinforced high-strength and high heat-conducting composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of carbon fiber-reinforced composite film with high strength and excellent thermal conductivity.
