▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced titanium-based/nano-hydroxyapatite composite material comprises 0.1-3% modified graphene, 5-10% hydroxyapatite, 0.05-0.2% lanthanum and titanium alloy (remaining amount), where the titanium alloy is a biocompatible titanium alloy, and the hydroxyapatite is nano-hydroxyapatite. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced titanium-based/nano-hydroxyapatite composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good integrity, high-biological affinity and stability; and does not contain harmful elements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) treating graphene through rutin solution to obtain modified graphene, (ii) preparing modified graphene, hydroxyapatite, tantalum and titanium alloy, (iii) mixing the prepared HA and titanium alloy, mechanically ball milling using a ball mill, firstly ball milling for 3-8 hours, adding modified graphene and lanthanum, continuously ball milling for 1-2 hours, and drying, and (iv) vacuum hot-press sintering the ball-dried mixed powder material using a vacuum hot-press furnace.
