NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene thermally conductive thick film comprises thermal spraying graphene oxide dispersion on the base film, drying to form a composite film of the graphene oxide layer and the base film layer, reducing graphene oxide layer, carbonizing and graphitizing composite film, and pressing. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene thermally conductive thick film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high heat-conducting property, thickness reaching to 300 microm, does not layer and lose powder, and and has high bending resistance.
