▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Saturable absorber based on mixture of tubular and layered nanomaterials comprises a carbon nanotube-graphene-tungsten disulfide/polyvinyl alcohol film arranged on end face of one of optical fiber head bouncing and middle is connected to a fiber optic sleeve, which forms a sandwich structure with the end face of another optical fiber head bouncing. USE - Saturable absorber based on mixture of tubular and layered nanomaterial is useful in broadband ultrafast fiber laser (claimed) and ultra-fast photon device. ADVANTAGE - The saturable absorber has good nonlinear optical characteristics and can be stably driven by a long time. The preparation method is simple, economical and has mode locking operation of dissipating soliton and the locking mode has excellent output performance.
