NOVELTY - Silica aerogel composite thermal insulation fabric comprises modified long fiber and shell material in the mass ratio of 2:5, preferably 1:5; where the modified long fiber raw material components comprise modified tourmaline, base material mixed material, potassium hexatitanate crystal whisker, boron carbide, and soluble starch; where the preparation of composite thermal insulation fabric comprises (1) preparation of modified tourmaline (1a) adding tourmaline into deionized water, stirring and dispersing, adding cation surfactant, (1b) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, (1c) pouring solution B into solution A, ultrasonically dispersing, filtering and drying; (2) preparation of modified long fiber by mixing e.g. modified tourmaline, base material mixed material, potassium hexatitanate crystal whisker, ball milling, melting mixed material A, stirring reacting the soluble starch; (3) preparing modified aerogel nuclear layer, and (4) preparing fabric. USE - Used as silica aerogel composite thermal insulation fabric. ADVANTAGE - The composite thermal insulation fabric has good thermal insulation effect, high antibacterial rate, excellent mechanical properties, significantly reduced bacterial performance, long service life, and has strong practical value.
