▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material with water vapor barrier function comprises a silicone rubber substrate layer (1) surface is provided with a decorative layer (2). The surface of the modified layer is provided with a pit is provided with hydrophilic polymer particles (3). The modifying layer comprises at least one of aqueous and solvent-soluble polyurethane and an aqueous solvent-soluble epoxy resin and a hydrophobic agent. The hydrophilic polymer particle comprises polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose and/or polyacrylamide. USE - Used as composite material with water vapor barrier function. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent water vapor barrier capability; and preparation method is simple and economical with low equipment requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material with water vapor barrier function, comprising (i) preparing a silicone rubber base material layer, dispersing the coating raw material of the modified layer uniformly in the first aqueous solvent to obtain the first solution and dispersing the hydrophilic polymer raw material uniformly into the second aqueous solvent to obtain the second solution; (ii) coating the first solution on the surface of the silicone rubber substrate layer by dip coating for 1-120 seconds and drying at 25-60degrees Celsius for 2-40 minutes to obtain the intermediate material; and (iii) coating the second solution on the surface of the intermediate material, allowing to stand and drying.
