▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-tetraethyl orthosilicate/silane composite nano material comprises (i) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with dispersing agent to obtain first mixed liquid, (ii) mixing the silane with emulsifier to obtain second mixed solution, (iii) mixing the first mixed liquid with the second mixed liquid, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate to obtain mixed material, and (iv) drying the mixture and then grinding to obtain graphene oxide-tetraethyl orthosilicate/silane composite nano material, where step (i) and the step (ii) have no chronological order. USE - The composite nano-material is useful in cement based materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cement-based material has compressive strength of 45.4-54.1 MPa and flexural strength of 1.75-1.96 MPa.
