▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A non-linear optical material comprises 80-100 parts mass bismuth telluride, 15-20 parts mass poly(3-hexylthiophene) and 4-8 parts mass acylated graphene oxide. The acylated graphene oxide is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide, adding thionyl chloride, heating to 60-90degrees Celsius under the protection of nitrogen, reacting for 45-48 hours, and removing excess thionyl chloride by vacuum distillation to obtain acylated graphene oxide. The addition amount of graphene oxide is 0.5 g per I L N,N-dimethylformamide. The volume ratio of N,N-dimethylformamide to thionyl chloride is 1:1. USE - Non-linear optical material. ADVANTAGE - The non-linear optical material has high optical uniformity and optical limiting performance, and can be prepared by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nonlinear optical material including composite of acylated graphene oxide and poly(3-hexylthiophene), and the composite of bismuth telluride and graphene oxide/poly(3-hexylthiophene) polymer. The composite of the acylated graphene oxide and poly(3-hexylthiophene) is prepared by dissolving poly(3-hexylthiophene) in anhydrous toluene under nitrogen protection, adding phosphorus oxychloride and N-methylanilide, stirring at 70-80degrees Celsius for 20-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding saturated sodium acetate aqueous solution, stirring for 2-5 hours, separating liquids, adding upper layer solution to methanol to precipitate the solid, filtering, purifying, drying, dissolving in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, adding lithium aluminum hydride suspension in tetrahydrofuran, stirring continuously at room temperature for 45-60 minutes, adding hydrochloric acid solution to remove excess lithium aluminum hydride to obtain a functionalized polymer, precipitating functionalized polymer in methanol, filtering, purifying, drying, mixing acylated graphene oxide, stirring, adding triethylamine under nitrogen protection, stirring for 70-80 hours, centrifuging at 8000-12000 rpm for 10-15 minutes, removing the solvent, precipitating in methanol, filtering, and drying.
