NOVELTY - Preparation of meter box case material involves mixing dicyclopentadiene, dibenzoylmethane, and terpene resin, cooling, heating, dripping triphenyl phosphite into resultant mixture, adding a main catalyst, stirring, heating, cooling, adding chloroacetic acid resin and vinyl acetate/tertiary carbonate copolymer, mixing, adding polyisobutylene, obtaining pretreated dicyclopentadiene (b), mixing resultant with fluorinated graphene whisker composite, vinyl ester resin, calcium hydroxyphosphate whiskers, aluminum hydroxide whiskers, and basalt fibers in a high-speed mixer, stirring at 100-300 rpm for 14-18 minutes, obtaining a resin premix, adding resultant to a twin screw extruder, adding a co-catalyst and cyclopentadiene, melting, extruding melt from the die, adding a curing agent, adding resultant to a carbon steel centrifugal casting mold, pressing, solidifying, centrifuging, molding, curing, and demolding. USE - Preparation of meter box case material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of safe meter box case material having excellent strength, impact resistance, flexibility, heat resistance, and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of meter box case material involves uniformly dispersing 7-9 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene and 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. citric acid in 66-73 pts. wt. propylene glycol aqueous solution having a concentration of 12-15 %mass, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. thioacetamide, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding 12-14 pts. wt. magnesium chloride and magnesium hydroxide, mixing, adding the mixed liquid into a ball mill tank, ball milling for 2-3 hours, drying at 80-90 degrees C for 3-5 hours, adding resultant to polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, reacting, placing resultant in a microwave high-temperature muffle furnace, heating to 190-220 degrees C at a heating rate of 5-10 degrees C/minute, cooling after 2-3 hours, obtaining a navy blue solid powder, washing resultant with ethanol, drying at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, obtaining fluorinated graphene whisker composite (a), mixing 32-35 pts. wt. dicyclopentadiene, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. dibenzoylmethane, and 3.1-4.9 pts. wt. terpene resin, placing resultant in ice bath at -5 to 0 degrees C, placing resultant in an oil bath at 80-90 degrees C, dripping triphenyl phosphite into resultant mixture, adding 4.2-6.1 pts. wt. main catalyst, stirring for 1-2 hours, heating to 105-110 degrees C, cooling to 60-70 degrees C, adding 9-16 pts. wt. chloroacetic acid resin and 3-5 pts. wt. vinyl acetate/tertiary carbonate copolymer, mixing, adding 0.5-1 pt. wt. polyisobutylene, obtaining pretreated dicyclopentadiene (b), mixing component (a), component (b), 41.5-43.4 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin, calcium hydroxyphosphate whiskers, 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. aluminum hydroxide whiskers, and 10.5-12.1 pts. wt. basalt fibers in a high-speed mixer, stirring at 100-300 rpm for 14-18 minutes, obtaining a resin premix, adding resultant to a twin screw extruder maintained at barrel screw temperature of 90-100 degrees C, feeding section temperature of 90-95 degrees C, and homogenization section temperature of 95-100 degrees C, adding 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. co-catalyst and cyclopentadiene, melting, extruding melt from the die, adding 0.25-3 pts. wt. curing agent, adding resultant to a carbon steel centrifugal casting mold, pressing, solidifying, centrifuging for 2-8 minutes, molding for 10-20 seconds, curing for 10-30 minutes, and demolding.
