The thermal insulation coating contains hollow microspheres with a core-shell structure. The inner core of the hollow microsphere with a core-shell structure is a polymer hollow microsphere, and the outer shell is a functional filler. USE - The film is used for a heating system, radiator, air conditioner, heating radiator, point type heating system and heating radiator. ADVANTAGE - The hollow microspheres with a core-shell structure contained in the thermal insulation coating are double-layer hollow structures. When one layer of the inner core and the outer shell is broken, the hollow structure is still maintained, which effectively reduces the probability of the hollow ball being broken. The stability and thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation paint are improved, so that the electrothermal film can effectively reduce the thickness of the electrothermal film while ensuring its thermal insulation effect.
