NOVELTY - Preparation of antistatic regenerated polyester composite air filter material involves: (1) sequentially carrying out primary mixing and twin-screw blending on graphene powder and polyamide master batch, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain a graphene/polyamide blend masterbatch; (2) subjecting the graphene/polyamide blend masterbatch and a regenerated polyester masterbatch to twin-screw blending and extrusion granulation to obtain a graphene/polyamide/regenerated polyester blend masterbatch; (3) melt-spinning the graphene/polyamide/regenerated polyester blend masterbatch to obtain a mixed fiber; and (4) heating a portion of the mixed fiber to obtain a bulked yarn staple fiber, spinning other portion of the mixed fiber, weaving the yarn into a plain weave fabric, airflow flowing the bulked yarn staple fiber to obtain a bulked yarn staple fiber web, and using a spunlace method to fix the bulked yarn staple fiber web on a surface of the plain weave fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing antistatic regenerated polyester composite air filter material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of the antistatic regenerated polyester composite air filter material with high strength and large porosity.
