▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Multi-layered composite material comprises non-woven substrate and a protective coating layer formed on one or both surfaces of the nonwoven substrate. The nonwoven substrate is polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber, adhesive PET fiber, fiber material containing polypropylene (PP) fiber and water-repellent fiber in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-1:0.1-1:1-3 and has a weight of 900-1,100 gsm. The adhesive PET fiber comprises a composite fiber formed of a core of PET material and a sheath of low-melting polyester having a melting point of 100-200 degrees C lower than that of the core of the PET material. The water-repellent fiber comprises a fiber surface-coated with fluorine or silicone. The protective coating layer is formed of coating composition comprising 1-10 pts. wt. carbon material, 3-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 5-15 pts. wt. additive based on 100 pts. wt. binder resin. The additive comprises expanded graphite, zinc oxide, boron nitride and magnesium silicate in weight ratio of 1:0.4:4:4. USE - The multi-layered composite material is useful for exterior materials i.e., electronic products and construction materials. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layered composite material is light weight and has semi-inflammable or non-flammable properties, high strength, high rigidity, high moisture resistance, and high heat resistance and is environmentally friendly.
