NOVELTY - Heat dissipation paint composition comprises epoxy resin and boron nitride powder. The boron nitride powder is surface-modified using an alkaline earth metal, and then polyolefin wax is attached. The polyvinyl alcohol is attached after sintering to increase the reactivity of the boron nitride powder and to be densely filled in the epoxy resin. The polyaniline is attached through ultrasonic treatment to improve interfacial stability with the epoxy resin. USE - Heat dissipation paint composition used for light-emitting diode lighting fixtures. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation paint improves interfacial stability, dispersibility, wettability, compatibility, moldability, heat dissipation and thermal conductivity.
