▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing a spun yarn made of carbon nanotubes involves producing a spun yarn precursor α by pulling a set of carbon nanotubes from a carbon nanotube forest and spinning the carbon nanotubes while applying a tension of 6 millinewton (mN) or less per centimeter of a width of the carbon nanotube forest to the carbon nanotubes. A spun yarn precursor β is produced by applying a higher tension than in the spun yarn precursor α production step to the spun yarn precursor α to densify the spun yarn precursor α. The spun yarn is provided by electrically heating the spun yarn precursor β while applying a tension to the spun yarn precursor β. USE - Method for manufacturing a spun yarn made of carbon nanotubes. ADVANTAGE - The Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) spun yarns also have high mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity, CNT spun yarns are currently developed as a material for various products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a spun yarn made of carbon nanotubes, where in the spun yarn, a ratio of intensity of G band peak to intensity of D band peak in a spectrum obtained by Raman spectroscopy is 5 or more, and graphene is present in at least a portion of the carbon nanotubes.
