▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by bipolar electrochemical stripping of organic acid ammonium molten salt comprises using liquid molten salt as electrolyte, and graphite electrode as cathode and anode, jointly constructing electrochemical reaction system, where the electrolyte comprises organic acid ammonium liquid molten salt, energizing the electrochemical reaction system to electrolyze, applying 1-30 V of voltage to the electrolyze for 1-100 minutes to obtain expanded graphite, dispersing expanded graphite in a solvent and performing ultrasonic treatment to the expanded graphite. The organic acid ammonium liquid molten salt includes ammonium formate, ammonium acetate, and/or ammonium propionate. The solvent includes N-methylpyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, and/or formamide USE - Method for preparing graphene by bipolar electrochemical stripping of organic acid ammonium fused salt used in photoelectric device, catalysis, biological sensing, transparent conductive film and energy storage field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene by organic acid ammonium salt bipolar electrochemical stripping that can realize the simultaneous stripping of the anode and the cathode. The conductivity of the molten salt is high, enough ions can be embedded in the graphite layer, at low voltage, can realize efficient stripping in the stripping process, generating less oxide group, so as to obtain high quality thin layer graphene. The method for preparing graphene, only needs power supply and electrolysis device, simple operation, and the needed organic ammonium electrolyte is environment-friendly, low price, good repeatability, and convenient for industrial popularization.
