NOVELTY - Method for preparing epoxy composite anti-corrosion coating material, involves (i) using boron nitride nanosheets and graphene oxide as raw materials, conducting a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a reduced graphene oxide-hexagonal boron nitride composite material, (ii) using the reduced graphene oxide-hexagonal boron nitride composite material and 2,6-diaminopurine as raw materials, and performing an amino condensation reaction to obtain a modified reduced graphene oxide-hexagonal boron nitride composite material, and (iii) performing ultrasonic dispersion after mixing the aqueous solution of the modified reduced graphene oxide-hexagonal boron nitride composite material, citric acid aqueous solution, and epoxy resin, adding a curing agent, stirring, and reacting to obtain the epoxy composite anti-corrosion coating material. USE - The method is used for preparing epoxy composite anti-corrosion coating material for metal protection (claimed) in metal and natural environment for generating corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy composite anti-corrosion coating material has excellent corrosion resistance and long coating life, improves dispersibility of hexagonal boron nitride in aqueous epoxy resin, improves agglomeration phenomenon, improves anti-corrosion performance, and improves the adsorption of composite material to epoxy resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an epoxy composite anti-corrosion coating material obtained by the above method.
