▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The optical refractive structure with refractive index has a composite unit provided with a first dielectric layer (A), a second dielectric layer (B) and a single-layer graphene (g). The single-layer graphene is orderly arranged from one side to another side of incident direction of the structure. Thickness of the first dielectric layer is less than the thickness of the second dielectric layer, where one side of an emitting side is graphene, the first dielectric layer (A) and the second dielectric layer are made of light-transmitting material made of a silicon dioxide material and the thickness of the second dielectric layer is four times of the thickness of the first dielectric layer. USE - Double-period graphene array based composite optical refractive structure with refractive index. ADVANTAGE - The optical refractive structure provides the thickness of the first dielectric layer to be less than the thickness of the second dielectric layer and has strong resonance performance.
