NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a flexible transparent substrate-silver nano-liquid light curing coating-graphene film-metal substrate. A composite structure is irradiated, and a liquid light curing coating process is performed for the composite structure to obtain a flexible transparent substrate-silver nano-solid photo-curing coating-graphene film metal substrate. A metal substrate is separated from the composite structure by electrochemical stripping process to obtain a flexible transparent substrate-silver nano-solid photo-curing coating-graphene film. USE - Method for preparing a composite transparent conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying large-scale production of composite transparent conductive film. The method enables improving reliability, conductivity, transmission rate, heat resistance and stability of composite transparent conductive film.
