▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of nano-scaled graphene platelets involves performing electrochemical reaction by imposing current upon layered graphite as anode material and metal or graphite as cathode material using carboxylic acid as electrolyte source and intercalate source, respectively, obtaining carboxylic acid-intercalated graphite compound, exposing resultant material to thermal shock, obtaining exfoliated graphite and subjecting resultant exfoliated graphite to mechanical shearing treatment. The thickness of nano-scaled graphene platelets is less than 30 nm. USE - Manufacture of nano-scaled graphene platelets used for field-emission device, hydrogen fuel storage and rechargeable battery electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of nano-scaled graphene platelets having excellent electrical property, thermal property, mechanical property and uniformity with high yield by economical and environmentally-friendly process.
