NOVELTY - The preparation of polymer material involves (1) adding carboxylated graphene oxide into N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours to obtain a carboxylated graphene oxide dispersion having a mass concentration of 3-10%, (2) dissolving chitosan in 2 wt.% acetic acid solution, stirring and completely dissolving to obtain a chitosan solution having a mass concentration of 1-5%, (3) adding polylactic acid to the solvent to obtain a polylactic acid solution having a mass concentration of 1-4%, (4) uniformly mixing carboxylated graphene oxide dispersion, chitosan solution, and polylactic acid solution, and adding crosslinking agent, obtaining spinning dope by stirring uniformly, and electrospinning based on the polymer fiber of modified graphene. USE - Preparation of polymer material based on modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in operation, excellent in fiber strength and biocompatibility.
