NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot-bonded silica gel stationary phase, involves dispersing graphene quantum dots in an organic solvent, adding aminopropyl silica gel, N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and 4-dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst, reacting for 15-24 hours at 40-50 degrees C, washing the product with distilled water and methanol, filtering, drying to obtain graphene-quantum-dot-bonded silica gel, adding the product to water, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours, washing the product with distilled water and methanol, filtering, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot-bonded silica gel stationary phase for use in chromatographic separation and analysis. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene quantum dot-bonded silica gel stationary phase having excellent stability, and chromatographic separation and analysis performance characteristics.
