NOVELTY - A cathode pole piece comprises cathode current collector and cathode active material layer. The cathode active material layer comprises cathode active material and dispersion aid. The dispersion aid is a compound (1). USE - The cathode pole piece is used for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pole piece is convenient to operate, and improves soaking of the electrolyte and rate charging and discharging performance of a battery. The pole piece effectively improves dispersion problem of the cathode pole piece and long aging time after injecting liquid and battery circulation and large-rate discharge difference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cathode pole piece comprises cathode current collector and cathode active material layer.
