NOVELTY - Packaging film comprises an insulating substrate including a first surface, and a graphene layer or a mixed layer set on the first surface. The mixed layer comprises at least one of graphene-polymer material mixed layer, metal-polymer material mixed layer and metal oxide-polymer material mixed layer. USE - The packaging film is useful in electric core. ADVANTAGE - The packaging film has good strength and flexible performance, further reduces the thickness of the graphene layer/the mixed layer and effectively avoid the traditional aluminum plastic film caused by the thickness of the aluminum layer caused by the battery energy density loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electric core comprising an electrode assembly, where the electric core comprises the packaging film and the packaging film used for packaging the electrode assembly.
