USE - Magnetic plastic type graphene functional outer wall material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of magnetic plastic type graphene functional outer wall material comprising: (A) mixing magnetic powder, sodium silicate, magnetic iron oxide, magnetic alumina, nano-titanium dioxide and polydopamine and pulverizing into 100-200 mesh to obtain component A; (B) taking the remaining heat removal stabilizer, adhesives, polylactic acid chitosan and other components of nano graphene and pulverizing into 100-200 mesh to prepare component B; (C) adding components A and B to heat stabilizer, adding adhesive, mixing and stirring at 45-55 degrees C for 60-80 minutes with speed of 500-600 revolutions/minute to prepare component C; (D) pulverizing component C, mixing, adding nano silica gel with volume fraction of 3-5%, mixing, placing into the mold, vibrating, steaming at room temperature, curing, demolding, carrying out steam high-pressure curing, transferring the resulting solid to the curing device, curing at 170-180 degrees C for 2 hours with pressure of 0.75 MPa, placing substrate in a casting machine, pressing, melting at 160-190 degrees C for 3-5 hours and cooling; and (E) releasing after 2 days, watering for 7 days, adding polylactic acid chitosan and nano-graphene, mixing, magnetically stirring for 5-6 hours to form a uniform and stable transparent solution and adding graphene between the layer and the layer by electrospray spray to complete the prefabrication process of the outer wall.
