▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene dispersion liquid involves mixing water and ethanol to obtain mixed solvent, where ratio of water to ethanol is 1:1-1:3, adding graphene and polyacrylic acid to mixed solvent, where ratio of graphene to polyacrylic acid is 1:1-1:2, and using mixed liquid having solid content of 0.1-1 wt.%. The mixture is heated at 140-180 degrees C for 6-12 hours, cooled, emulsified, and then stirred to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. USE - Method for preparing graphene dispersion liquid. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene dispersion liquid that has good natural aging resistance and cold resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene-coated carbon black composite particle, which involves adding carbon black and a dispersant to ethanol to prepare a carbon black suspension having a solid content of 10-20 wt.%, where ratio of carbon black to polyacrylic acid is 10:1-20:1, dispersing carbon black suspension ultrasonically and then mechanically stirring to obtain an ethanol dispersion of carbon black, mixing the graphene dispersion and the carbon black ethanol dispersion in ratio 3:1 to 1:1, mixing mixture uniformly, emulsifying to emulsion, and spray-drying obtained emulsion to obtain graphene-coated carbon black composite particle; and (2) a method for preparing rubber mat, which involves adding graphene-coated carbon black composite particles to the natural rubber, where ratio of the graphene-coated carbon black composite particles to natural rubber is 1:10-1:8, and performing one-stage mixing to obtain the masterbatch, taking 10-25 pts. wt. masterbatch, 60-95 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 70-100 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-7 pts. wt. promoter, and 3-15 pts. wt. antioxidant to secondary kneading which is followed by vulcanization.
