▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for increasing the amount of doxorubicin drug contained in graphene quantum dot involves dissolving doxorubicin drug in dimethylsulfoxide, adding triethylamine to remove hydrochloride of doxorubicin drug so that the drug is easily soluble in dimethylsulfoxide to obtain doxorubicin dimethylsulfoxide solution, and mixing graphene quantum dot solution with doxorubicin dimethylsulfoxide solution. The molar ratio of triethylamine to doxorubicin is 2:1 to 3:1. The mass ratio of the graphene quantum dots to the doxorubicin is 1:0.1 to 1:4. USE - Method is useful for increasing the amount of doxorubicin drug contained in graphene quantum dot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can increase the quantity of doxorubicin drug contained in graphene quantum dot in a simple and reliable manner.
