▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Controllable preparing of oxidized graphene and graphene oxide quantum dots comprises e.g. (i) using the common black charcoal as raw material, adding a specific amount of hydrogen peroxide, uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution; (ii) transferring the mixed solution into the polytetrafluoroethylene hydrothermal reaction kettle; sealing and placing into a vacuum drying box, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction, (iii) cooling, centrifuging and removing unreacted charcoal to obtain graphene oxide and/or graphene oxide quantum dot aqueous solution, and (iv) drying the aqueous solution. USE - The method is useful for controllable preparing of oxidized graphene and graphene oxide quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation process and short time consumption, environmental protection and can be control the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Controllable preparing of oxidized graphene and graphene oxide quantum dots comprises (i) using the common black charcoals as raw material, adding a specific amount of hydrogen peroxide, uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution; the specific proportion ratio of the mixed solution includes 0.01-0.6 g charcoal, 0.5-2 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, and the volume of hydrogen peroxide is 10-30 ml; (ii) transferring the mixed solution into the polytetrafluoroethylene hydrothermal reaction kettle; sealing and placing into a vacuum drying box, carrying out hydro-thermal reaction at 160-200 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, (iii) after completion of the reaction, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging and removing the unreacted charcoal to obtain graphene oxide and/or graphene oxide quantum dot aqueous solution, and (iv) drying the resulting aqueous solution to obtain the graphene oxide and/or graphene oxide quantum dot powder.
