NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-silica transparent film involves dispersing graphene in deionized water or ethanol; stirring to obtain 0.5-1.0 mg/ml homogeneous graphene dispersion; adding 0.1-100 ml silica sol into graphene dispersion; uniformly stirring to obtain ultrasonic dispersion of graphene-silica sol for coating; immersing glass sheet into treatment solution comprising hydrogen peroxide and ammonia water for 0.5-6.0 hours; removing and rinsing with deionized water; dipping glass sheet into graphene-silica sol; and calcining coated glass at 600-800 degrees C for 1-5 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene-silica transparent film. ADVANTAGE - The method has short production period, has simple and easy operation, has low cost, and provides graphene-silica transparent film with good anti-reflection effect and high mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-silica transparent film comprises dispersing certain amount of graphene in deionized water or ethanol; stirring under ultrasound to obtain 0.5-1.0 mg/ml homogeneous graphene dispersion; adding 0.1-100 ml silica sol into graphene dispersion; uniformly stirring to obtain ultrasonic dispersion of graphene-silica sol for coating; preparing hydrogen peroxide and ammonia water to obtain glass surface treatment solution; immersing glass sheet into treatment solution for 0.5-6.0 hours; removing and rinsing with deionized water to obtain coating substrate; dipping glass sheet into graphene-silica sol at 6-10 cm/minute; lifting from sol at 25-35 cm/minute to obtain uniformly coated glass surface; calcining coated glass in muffle furnace at 600-800 degrees C for 1-5 minutes; and cooling at room temperature to obtain graphene-silica transparent film.
