▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polymer comprises a polycyclic aromatic compound-based repeating unit bonded to an adjacent polycyclic aromatic compound-based repeating unit such that a bond that constitutes a benzene ring in the polycyclic aromatic compound is shared. USE - Polymer is used for preparing graphene nano-ribbon for laminate (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to include but are not limited to semiconductor, solar cell, transparent electrode, high-speed transistor and organic electroluminescent element. ADVANTAGE - The polymer enables simple and rapid preparation of graphene nano-ribbon having high hall mobility, excellent semiconductor property, transparency, mechanical strength and flexibility, desired solubility with respect to organic solvent, and short length, with high yield, without generation of side reactions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene nano-ribbon, which comprises the polymer; (2) manufacture of polymer, which involves reacting a polycyclic aromatic compound (C1) having a convex region and silole structure, with o-chloranil in presence of a palladium compound, alternately reacting a polycyclic compound (C2) having a convex region and a polycyclic compound (C3) having silole structure with o-chloranil in presence of a palladium compound; and (3) laminate, which comprises the graphene nano-ribbon provided on an electroconductive material.
