▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing chlorographene, comprises uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in hydrochloric acid ultrasonic according to mass-volume ratio of 10-30 mg:20-40 ml, under the protection of nitrogen to 80-180 degrees C and refluxing and reacting for 2-12 hours, cooling to room temperature after performing centrifugal separation, washing and drying to obtain final product having chlorine content of 1-3%. USE - Chlorographene is useful in preparation of electrochemical sensors for detecting chloramphenicol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmental-friendly, simple and rapid operation, produces product utilized in electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity, good stability, can be used repeatedly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) use of chlorographene in preparation of electrochemical sensors for detecting chloramphenicol; and (2) preparing electrochemical sensor comprising chlorographene ultrasonic dispersion in ethanol to obtain catalyst dispersing liquid with the concentration of 1- 2 mg/ml, removing and transferred to 10-20 mu l glassy carbon electrode active surface, infrared lamp and drying to obtain the electrochemical sensor.
