▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Zinc oxide@carbon core-shell nanoparticle comprises organic small molecule carbon source materials: (a) benzene derivatives or pyridine derivatives substituted with amino and/or carboxyl group; (b) silane small molecule that can undergo coupling reaction with zinc oxide; where the product is obtained by adding to the methanol solution of nano-zinc oxide and performing a solvent thermal reaction at 150-200°C. USE - Zinc oxide-carbon core-shell nanoparticles used as cathode interface layer material for organic solar cell e.g. carbon nano-tube, graphene, carbon quantum point carbon dots (CDs), preparing the organic solar cell, and material of electronic transmission layer of organic solar cell, preparing the organic light emitting diode device, and as the material of organic light emitting diode barrier layer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The zinc oxide-carbon core-shell nano-particle inhibits zinc oxide surface defect nano-carbon material coating, so that it has the ability of absorbing ultraviolet light, and reduces the photo-catalytic reaction. The carbon source material selected by the invention can successfully coat nano-zinc oxide to form core shell structure, it can effectively inhibit the photo catalytic reaction of zinc oxide and non-fullerene material, at the same time, reduce the zinc oxide adsorption oxygen site, reduces the occurrence probability of light bath phenomenon, the electronic transmission efficiency increasing the intrinsic zinc oxide, and the efficiency and stability of the preparing organic solar battery is improved synchronously. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the zinc oxide (2) carbon core-shell nano-particle. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photoluminescence spectrum corresponding to each nano-particle in FIG. 1. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
