▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide Janus nanosheet 100 relatively permeability modifier (RPM), comprises a graphene oxide nanosheet having a first side 104 and a second side 106, a first alkyl group bonded to the first side, a functional group bonded to the first alkyl group, and a second alkyl group bonded to the second side, where the first alkyl group comprises 1-8C alkyl, the functional group is selected from carboxyl group, carboxylate ion, hydroxyl group or superoxide ion, and the second alkyl group is 8-30C alkyl. USE - Graphene oxide Janus nanosheet relatively permeability modifier for reducing subterranean formation water permeability in carbonate formations (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide Janus nanosheet relatively permeability modifier provides reduced water permeability in subterranean wells without significantly affecting oil permeability, and reduces production costs in those environments where zones are not mechanically isolated, or permanent total blockage is not possible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for reducing water permeability of a carbonate formation, which involves introducing a carrier fluid comprising graphene oxide Janus nanosheet relatively permeability modifier into the carbonate formation; and 2. a method for manufacturing graphene oxide Janus nanosheet relatively permeability modifier, which involves: a. obtaining graphene oxide nanosheet comprising first and second sides; b. preparing a graphene oxide coated wax microsphere using the graphene oxide nanosheet, where the graphene oxide coated wax microsphere has an exterior surface comprising the first side of the graphene oxide nanosheet; c. functionalizing the exterior surface of the graphene oxide coated wax microsphere using an alkylamine; d. dissolving the alkylamine-functionalized graphene oxide coated wax microsphere to produce an intermediate graphene oxide nanosheet having a first side functionalized by the alkylamine and a second side; and e. converting a group on the second side of the intermediate graphene oxide nanosheet using chloroacetic acid to produce a graphene oxide Janus nanosheet relatively permeability modifier.
