NOVELTY - Flame retarding flameproof board comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 15-25 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 14-20 pts. wt. wood fiber, 5-9 pts. wt. sepiolite, 6-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-8 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-6 pts. wt. nanometer silicon nitride, 2-4 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. zinc borate, and 1.5-2.5 parts gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The modified graphene oxide is prepared by e.g. (a) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, stirring and mixing, (b) adding octadecylamine dissolved in ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding graphene oxide solution, stirring and mixing, placing in ultrasonic wave dispersing machine, dispersing, placing in oil bath, stirring, refluxing and reacting, and cooling to room temperature, and (c) centrifuging, repeating, extracting under pressure, filtering, centering, and drying. USE - Used as flame retarding flameproof board. ADVANTAGE - The plate: has excellent corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and aging resistance, and high use safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flame retarding flameproof board comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 15-25 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 14-20 pts. wt. wood fiber, 5-9 pts. wt. sepiolite, 6-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-8 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 3-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-6 pts. wt. nanometer silicon nitride, 2-4 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. zinc borate, and 1.5-2.5 parts gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane. The modified graphene oxide is prepared by (a) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain oxidized graphene aqueous solution, (b) adding octadecylamine dissolved in 95% ethanol solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding step (a) to obtain the graphene oxide solution, stirring and mixing uniformly, placing in ultrasonic wave dispersing machine, raising the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, dispersing for 15-20 minutes, placing in oil bath, controlling the temperature to 100-120 degrees C, stirring and refluxing, reacting for 15-20 hours, and cooling to room temperature, and (c) placing the product of step (b) in a centrifuge, centrifuging for 30-40 minutes at 800-1000 revolutions/minutes (rpm), repeating for 3-5 times, extracting under pressure and filtering, filtering by deionized water for 4 times, centering the vacuum baking box for drying for 15-20 hours, and drying at 60-70 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the board, comprising (i) taking all the above mentioned raw materials, (ii) adding wood fiber, sepiolite, glass fiber, modified graphene oxide, magnesium hydroxide, nanometer titanium dioxide, nanometer silicon nitride, ammonium polyphosphate, zinc borate and gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane to a high-speed mixing machine, controlling the temperature to 60-80 degrees C after mixing for 5-10 minutes, adding polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, continuously mixing for 8-15 minutes to obtain mixture, (iii) adding the mixed material into the double-screw extruder for extruding and pelletizing, vacuum oven drying the pellets, placing in the mold and molding.
