NOVELTY - Battery capacitor product comprises an anode, a cathode, an electrolyte and an isolating film, where the anode comprises 78-96 wt.% main material, 0-4.8 wt.% activated carbon, 0-18 wt.% conductive carbon black, 0-18 wt.% carbon nano-tube and 1-5 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, and the anode main material is all-system nickel cobalt lithium manganate, manganese phosphate iron lithium, lithium manganate, lithium cobalt acid, which are uniformly mixed with activated carbon and other porous conductive material, the cathode comprises 50-96 wt.% main material, 0.5-15 wt.% conductive carbon black, 0-15 wt.% carbon nano tube, 1.5-5 wt.% butadiene styrene rubber and 0.5-5 wt.% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the cathode main material is graphite, lithium titanate, hard carbon, soft carbon, graphene, activated carbon, and/or uniformly mixed with porous conductive material, namely activated carbon. USE - The battery capacitor product is useful in energy battery field, i.e. lithium ion battery as green environmentally-friendly battery, namely electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and hydrogen-powered vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The battery capacitor product: has high strength, ultra-thin coating, mixed porous cathode material, high porosity membrane, functional electrolyte and copper foil current collector with large thickness, and has ultra-low temperature, high power, long service life, and large power charging and discharging.
